At Conspirito, we conduct thorough tenant screening and, as a general rule, require tenants to join a guarantor company.
However, when purchasing a property with a new owner, you may inherit a tenant who has not been screened by our company. In order to cover the risk of non-payment during the ownership period, we add the following system when we take on rental management.

Arrears Guarantee System

The "Delinquent Payment Guarantee System" of the lease system is,Transfer rent to the owner without delay, even when the tenant is in arrearsIt is a service.

■5% of current rent per month(Transfer fees will be charged separately)

The above is our fee, which includes the normal rental management services. However, please note that there is no guarantee of vacancy.

*For a property that is part of a whole building, the monthly fee will be 5% of the total current rent for all units.
