③General agency contract
This is a contract that allows you to request intermediation from multiple real estate companies at the same time, and you can also enter into a contract with a party you find yourself (such as a relative or acquaintance) without going through a real estate company.
Since you can request information from multiple companies, information spreads quickly, but on the other hand, because there are competitors, your company may be given a lower priority when introducing it to customers.
