By paying the above monthly fee, we will cover interior maintenance at our expense, regardless of whether you move in or move out. If you sign up, you will no longer have to pay anything related to your private space, so we recommend this plan to those who want to visualize the maintenance costs of their property.

*However, this option is intended for a typical small 1R/1K type apartment (30 m2 or less).
In the case of family-type properties or tower apartments, we may not be able to accept your request due to the special nature of the facilities.
